Consegrity The modality's name is a contraction of two words: Conscious Tensegrity Consegrity is A "BIOENERGETIC THERAPY WHICH ADDRESSES THE RESTRICTED CONNECTIVE TISSUE WITHIN THE LIVING MATRIX OF THE HUMAN BODY, MIND, AND SPIRIT ALLOWING FOR THE DECREASE IN ADAPTATION, INCREASED ABILITY TO WITHSTAND TENSION and PRESSURE, AND A TRUE RESTING STATE OF TISSUE FOR OPTIMUM PERFORMANCE AT ALL LEVELS" This Modality is still expanding and developing and, for a "structured" Modality, it is open to all other energies that can assist in healing.
