Classes I am a certified teacher of Reiki, Holographic Sound Healing, Theta Healing, Theta Command and Serenity Vibration Healing. As of November of 2002 I stopped teaching all of them to look carefully at what truly resonates with me. I looked deeply into each of the modalities I had learned. I found that there were tools, procedures and boundaries that the originators felt important in their work, that I did not. Additional study and guidance pushed me to create a course of individual growth with lots of tools to assist you used in many healing modalities. I have spent many thousands of dollars to bring this information to you, traveling as far as Australia and throughout the US to learn and become a practitioner and teacher of many Healing Modalities. Then the real studying began, understanding in more depth and bringing it all together. I now introduce the results of my journey: Creating a New You! This course is 21 hours of life changing information and tools to assist you in focusing and creating the changes you desire in your life. Each week you will experience, practice and learn different tools to assist you in your growth. Strong changes in your life take time to create. One change builds upon what goes before. If the 21 hours were focused in a three day class, the changes would not have time to build upon each other. Time to understand and work through the changes is needed. Therefore, the course is one evening per week for 10 weeks. The first and last classes are two and a half hours. The other eight classes are 2 hours each. Each week is a major step in your changes. Please bring with you to the first class: 1. A list of five things that are most important to remove from your life. 2. A list of five things that are most important to bring into your life. 3. An open mind and heart. When the course is completed these lists will have changed. You will have the tools to create more changes in your life with more grace than before.
