July
28th 2007 was a 60 year landmark for me. Nice to be 60 and
feel like 25. Yoga, Aerobics, energy work, massage, Qi Gong and food
healing all help in feeling, staying and acting young. No allergies,
no physical aliments, no drugs and life is good! This year has been
one of continued strong growth with lots of travel. Having completed
massage school, my schedule has been so full I have not had time to
take the exam!
